How do I take it?
Take 3 capsules daily, either altogether or spaced out throughout the day.
I took 3 and found it to be too much, can I lower the dose?
Yes of course. 3 is the average dose for most people, but if you find that that is too high for you, then lower it to 2 a day.
Can I take it alongside any medication?
Yes, there are no contraindications with any medication.
