How do I take it?

Adults: 3 tablets a day before breakfast.

Children: 1 or 2 tablets a day before breakfast.

Three tablets will provide on average: Niacin 20mg (125%*), Folic Acid 50μg (25%*), Biotin 37μg (74%*), Pantothenic Acid 37mg (617%*), Iron 3.9mg (28%*), dl-Methionine 110mg, L-Lysine 25mg, PABA 810μg, Inositol 9mg. *EC Recommended Daily Allowance.
